Seminar on Vedic Mathematics as a different approch towards Mathematics: This was an interesting lesson on quite a unique topic choice which was easily approachable. The lesson was well planned along with an introduction and short summary to recap. Uttara had me work through some examples at several points which was great - perhaps having me summarise the techniques at the end would have also helped her check my understanding. She was engaging and friendly and her passion for the subject clearly came through. Her mental calculation skill is simply amazing.

It was simply a great experience working with Mrs Uttara for the Project work on very unique topic ‘Astrophysics and Vedic Maths’. She is very much friendly and cooperative. The project involved mapping ideas with the mission Chandrayaan-2 ( which launched on July 22, 2019 towards the Moon’s South Pole, has the main purpose to research the never explored South Pole of the moon). Vedic Mathematics Coding is really very interesting to explore from her and she explained each and every concept for application very clearly. Her passion for the subject always inspires me. Her control on Numbers is just amazing!

Idea of the Project Work on a very different topic like mapping Vedic mathematics concepts with principles of Physics and linking to the mission Chandrayaan-2 ( which launched on July 22, 2019 towards the Moon’s South Pole, has the main purpose to research the never explored South Pole of the moon) is simply a great thinking from Mrs Uttara and enjoyed every single bit of the project with her. She is reflective and open to new ideas. She is very quick to pick up on what we are struggling with and ensures that we will clearly understand all the contents and able to apply them thoroughly. Her mental calculations are superb.

Special thanks to Uttara for guiding my son through Vedic Mathematics teaching with her unique mental practice sessions which surprisingly helped a lot to achieve speed and accuracy in Maths paper of 11 + Exam. I can see Rio simply working out 3 digits multiplications, squares, divisions in his head with amazing speed. Her dedication is great and her mental calculations are simply superb. Great news is we just got into our choice of grammar school.

Special thanks to Mrs Uttara for imparting these short cut tricks in Vedic maths which helped me for scoring Grade 9 in the Maths and A* in Ad Maths. She is very cooperative and always offers her helping hand to everyone. Her resources for mapping of Vedic Maths for A level maths curriculum are detailed and clearly corelated all the contents with almost all topics such as Statistics, Calculus. It is really fascinating to know these short cuts for Calculus which makes it quicker. Her mental calculations are always faster than my calculator!

My Vedic maths crash course was surprisingly useful. The logical methods of solving arithmetic showed me a new side to maths. Vedic maths covers many other interesting topics aside from arithmetic such as algebra which helped me hugely at school. It also aided me develop necessary skills to help me deal with the pressure of exams.

I really surprised with the way Vedic maths helped me scoring Grade 9 in my GCSE maths along with A* in my Ad maths. Many thanks to Uttara maam for her lovely teaching of Pre -Advanced levels of Vedic Maths and her mental practice sessions are a lot more helping. I really enjoyed solving Simultaneous and quadratic equations in a minute and loved superfast ways to do Trignometry. Highly recommended for GCSE and Ad maths/ Further maths.

It’s been a great experience with Uttara who introduced my daughter Maggie to this new world of Vedic Mathematics. She is committed, friendly and wonderful teacher from which I still think we can learn more and I can see Maggie working out many calculations in her head like Uttara. Maggie enjoyed her mental practice sessions a lot.

My son, Jack enjoyed learning Vedic Maths techniques from Uttara and use of them for exceling his maths paper for 11 + exam. She is highly skilled and organized teacher who is always willing to help. Her mental maths skills are simply great and her mental practice sessions are very helpful.

Our teacher ensures we understand the content properly before moving on and is happy to answer any questions along the way. She is quick to pick up on what we are struggling with and offers lots of questions to help us remember what we’ve learnt. Additionally, she has clear resources that summarise the key rules, which are very helpful for revision.

My Vedic maths lessons were always fascinating as they taught me faster, more efficient ways of solving the mathematical calculations I had been doing for years. I no longer see calculations as a struggle but as something I can enjoy. The extra level of analysis has really helped me engage more with the mathematics at hand. The course was clear and well structured in the teachings of these methods.
